Spell your workout!

If you would like to have another kind of training, you can spell your workout. By clicking THIS LINK you will find a list over different exercises according to different alphabets. Combining the alphabets of for example your own name, you will have a different kind of workout ready to be done. If your name is for example Jennifer, you choose the exercises from the list according to these alphabets.

J = 20 mountain climbers
E = 60 sec wall sit
N = 10 push-ups
N = 10 push-ups
I = 60 sec plank
F = 30 back lifts
E = 60 sec wall sit
R = 40 high knees
